This page is maintained by Clarity Evaluations to answer common security and privacy questions about our ADHD evaluation service. It describes current practices and enabled platform capabilities — it is not an independent certification.
Who can access your information
Your evaluation portal is private to you. Sign-in is required to view any intake forms, questionnaires, uploads, or report content. Licensed clinical staff at Woodlands Psychotherapy & Brain Training access your information only as needed to review and complete your evaluation.
Access in our database is enforced with row-level authorization rules so that one patient cannot view or modify another patient's records.
How your data is transmitted and stored
Traffic to and from our website and portal is served over HTTPS (TLS). Patient data is stored in a managed Postgres database operated by our backend provider, with access scoped to authenticated server code.
Insurance card images and similar uploads are stored in a private storage bucket and are not publicly listable.
What we collect
We collect only what we need to deliver your evaluation: your name and email, the answers you provide in the screener and intake forms, optional insurance details if you choose to share them, and payment status from our payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers — those are handled by Stripe.
Subprocessors and integrations
We rely on a small number of vetted providers to deliver the service:
- Lovable Cloud (application backend, database, authentication, storage)
- Stripe (payment processing for evaluation packages)
- Transactional email provider (purchase confirmations, results emails)
Retention and deletion
Clinical records are retained as required by applicable Texas record-keeping rules for licensed clinicians. To request a copy of your records, correction of inaccuracies, or deletion of information that is not subject to a legal retention requirement, contact us using the address below.
Reporting a security concern
If you believe you have found a security issue affecting our website or portal, please email ian@therapythewoodlands.com with details so we can investigate. Please do not include screenshots that contain other patients' information.
Not a medical diagnosis without provider review
Online screeners and questionnaires on this site are informational and do not constitute a clinical diagnosis on their own. Diagnostic conclusions are made by a licensed provider as part of your evaluation package.
